The Pelletstar Biocontrol Wood Pellet boiler from HERZ ensures easy and convenient operation, fully automatic cleaning system with large ash-pan providing for less frequent cleaning intervals. Low space requirement and high-temperature resistant burner chamber ensures low radiation loss with optimum insulation. Burn-back safety device for fire combustion control via the Lambda probe, providing energy saving fuel consumption and continuously clean combustion. Each boiler comes with a central control unit with LCD display for control of the heating system, hot water supply, fuel buffer storage control and optional solar system. The accessories include a complete range of fuel transport systems available including screw conveyor and suction lance. A full 5 Year Boiler Warranty and 2 Year Electrical Parts Warranty offered with every boiler.

The Herz Firematic range utilizes the latest in Austrian technology to provide a sophisticated and efficient solution for customers requiring capacities in the range of 25 to 150kW, (100,000 to 500,000 BTU/h). Integral controller allows ease of operation and installation. Self-cleaning minimises maintenance input and Lambda-probe technology controls combustion to maximise efficiency. Various fuel storage and transport options are available and the system can use wood pellets or wood-chip (up to 35% moisture content).

The Herz Biomatic range provides a sophisticated and efficient solution for customers requiring capacities in the range of 180 to 500kW (600,000 to 1,700,000 BTU/h). Integral controller allows ease of operation and installation. Self-cleaning of the combustion grate and heat exchangers coupled with automatic ash removal minimises maintenance input. Lambda-probe technology controls the combustion to maximise efficiency. Various fuel storage and transport options are available and the system can use wood pellets or wood-chip (up to 35% moisture content).

The Herz Firestar and Minifire log boilers take the concept of a down-draughts gasifying log boiler and add some 21st century technology to offer an easy and efficient way to burn logs from woodland management , off-cuts from joiners workshops or wood briquettes. Boiler size ranges from the 15kW minifire through 25, 35 and 50 kW firestar models. The addition of a buffer tank (accumulator) adds further to efficiency and means boilering firing may only be required once a day or less.
